Abigail Phillips

CDT Law Clerk

Abigail joined CDT as a law clerk in summer 2001, after completing her second year at Stanford Law School. Prior to law school, she was a professional dilettante, working in such capacities as book editor, web designer, programmer, and policy researcher. An interest in Internet policy inspired her decision to pursue a law degree.

Born in New York City, Abigail grew up in Manhattan and plans to return to the East Coast after her stint in California. She holds a BA in Literature from Yale University.
