Ms. McDonald is pursuing her Master in Science from Carnegie Mellon's H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management. Ms. McDonald received the Friedman Fellowship to support her internship with the CDT. Prior to this year, Ms. McDonald worked for a decade as a technical writer for software companies. She received her BA in Professional Writing, also from Carnegie Mellon.
