Free Listserv/Forum Providers

Internet users are able to set up listservs and threaded discussion forums on any topic they would like. Listservs are e-mail distribution lists where one can send a message to a single address and have that message redistributed via e-mail to the entire subscribed list.

Today, many threaded discussion forums are Web-based and allow interested users to browse previously posted messages and to post their own messages to the forum.
