Prosecuting Remedies and Tools Against the Exploitation of Children Today (PROTECT) Act of 2003 (Hatch)
Title V.B Prohibits knowingly using a misleading domain name with the intent to: (1) deceive a person into viewing obscenity on the Internet; or (2) deceive a minor into viewing on the Internet material that is harmful to minors.
