International Copyright

Copyright initiatives in international forums and trade negotiations sometimes fail to reflect the possible impact on free expression and innovation in the evolving technological environment.  The WIPO Broadcasting Treaty and Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement are examples of international copyright proposals that raise significant concerns.
