Bill Calls for Electronic Filing of Campaign Finance Reports - Candidates for the U.S. Senate would be required to file their campaign finance reports electronically under a new bill proposed this week by Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wisc.). Supported by a bipartisan group of 23 Senators, the legislation would bring the rules for Senate candidates up to date with those for House candidates.
