Public Interest Groups Raise Consumer Questions About DTV Copy Protections - CDT, along with Consumers Union and Public Knowledge, have submitted detailed consumer questions to the House Commerce Committee regarding proposed new copy protections relating to digital television (DTV), including the so-called "broadcast flag."
