House Judiciary Committee Demands NSA Records - In a surprise move Wednesday, the House Judiciary Committee passed a resolution that demands the Administration turn over requests made by the NSA and other federal agencies to phone companies to obtain information about ordinary Americans without warrants. The resolution had the support of Chairman James Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.), who promised to seek a vote on the resolution from the full House if the Administration does not comply with his requests for information.
