CDT Joins Non-Commercial Domain Name Holders Constituency - After several years of being involved in the domain names management debate, CDT officially joined the Non-Commercial Domain Name Holders Constituency (NCDNHC) on October 6th. The NCDNHC represents the interests of non-commercial domain name holders in the ICANN process. As a civil liberties organization, CDT promotes the rights of all Internet users, and hopes to contribute this perspective to the NCDNHC. October 06, 1999
