CDT Urges Protections for Privacy in Copyright Enforcement - As the Senate Judiciary Committee prepared for a hearing on peer-to-peer file sharing Tuesday, CDT urged the Committee to consider the privacy concerns raised by administrative subpoenas, which are issued at the request of copyright holders with minimal judicial oversight and without notice to users.
