CDT Calls for Hearings on Copyright Inducement Bill - CDT sent a letter to Senators Hatch and Leahy today calling for hearings on S. 2560, the "Inducing Infringement of Copyright Act of 2004." While intended to penalize bad actors who intentionally cause copyright infringement, credible concerns have been raised about the bill's potential unintended consequences for valuable technologies.
