Senate Moves On Surveillance Bill - The Senate today is expected to take up a bill to amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Key issues include whether the foreign intelligence court will be given authority to supervise a program of surveillance that targets people abroad, but covers communications into and out of the United States.
