CDT Warns of Risk in Debate on "Critical Internet Resources" - Confusion over the concepts of "Internet governance" and "critical Internet resources" threatens to divert attention from key barriers to Internet development and could fuel calls for government intervention that would undermine the Internet's openness, CDT said in paper released today at the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Rio de Janeiro.
