Celebrating a Decade of Freedom and Innovation - Ten years ago today, the Supreme Court struck down the Communications Decency Act, in the process ruling that Internet speech was entitled to the highest level of protection under the First Amendment. The unprecedented technological innovation of the past decade has proven the wisdom of that decision a thousand times over. CDT is proud to have played a key role in the process.
