Almost ten years after Congress first attempted to pass privacy legislation – and failed – public outcry regarding privacy is reaching a pique. Spurred by media reports, such as the Wall Street Journal's "What They Know" series, a number of privacy bills have emerged in Congress, and debate has inevitably ensued. One of the most talked about aspects in the discussion surrounding privacy legislation is the implementation of 'Do Not Track' technology.
